Shipping Policy

All orders ship within 1-2 business days via Canada Post Expedited shipping. Orders over $50 are free shipping, orders under $50 will use an automatic shipping calculator for Canada post to determine rate.

Product ships from Langley, BC and can take 1-7 business days – most locations can be reached within 3 business days. Holidays may see delays with increased volumes among carriers.

We stand behind our product and if there is an error in the order, or the product arrives damaged or defective we will replace or refund promptly. Returns are not prepaid, to receive a refund the product will need to be returned to Surrey, BC complete with all components/pieces.
